At KuKirin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your KuKirin account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
